Having had no marketing input for several years, BHF were not clear about their internal mission or their prospect targeting priorities, and couldn’t clearly articulate their operational approach, services and products. Their website was woefully misrepresentative, and they had no discernible brand look.

Starting with our Blueprint process, we developed a strategy aimed at distinguishing BHF from commodity players in their space. Our tagline ‘Performance Filtration’ encapsulates everything they’re about and suggests a new benchmark for their industry sector. Additionally, we ntermed their collaborative approach to systems development ‘Adaptive Intelligence’.

Having helped uncover their unique strengths, we then redesigned the entire brand across all touchpoints, producing a large volume of technical materials and a complex website along the way.
We embedded an Inside-Out marketing manager to drive a marketing program across a range of channels focusing on raising brand awareness and lead generation.
THE RESULT
Once the brand re-platforming work was completed BHF were so impressed they appointed the Inside-Out marketing manager on an ongoing basis to leverage their upgraded profile and support the sales department.
